Become an AI superuser

Hello and welcome to my guide to becoming an AI superuser! This series will teach you how you can start to leverage tools like Claude Code to exponentially increase your efficiency and cut out some of the monotonous tasks that not a lot of people love doing.

If you’re not a coder, don’t worry, because you don’t need to be. What you’ll learn over the course of this series is how anyone can leverage tools like Claude Code.

Why am I qualified to teach you this?

I work as a forward-deployed engineer on ServiceNow’s AI Foundry team. I use the concepts I’m explaining every single day.

Prior to joining ServiceNow, I spent a year teaching the Big 4 how to prompt and how to use Generative AI.

What’re we going to do?

To illustrate just one of the many things that AI can help you do, we’re going to see how you can use a tool like Claude to process a transcript, analyze it, and create a nice, clean recap that renders in your browser and/or as a PDF:

We’ll also create an interactive webpage that functions like a PowerPoint slideshow. If you’re sick of making Word docs and PowerPoints to convey information… trust me when I say how easy it is to create clean stuff like this:
